Rock and River run a number of excting, adventurous activities during the school holidays and weekends. These days enable parents to drop their children off in the morning and collect them after work. This gives the children the opportunity to experience a wide range of stimulating and challenging, adventurous activities. NAVIGATION COURSES
We run a series of navigation courses in moorland and mountaineous areas. These courses are designed to meet the needs of anyone interested in navigation. Do you go to the mountains regularly? Are you skilled enough in your navigation to get yourself off the mountains or hills if visibility becomes an issue? Whatever your skill level we offer courses for the complete beginner to the more advanced navigator.

Adventure Activities Licensing ensures that Rock & River follow good safety management practices. These practises allow young people to experience exciting and stimulating activities outdoors without being exposed to avoidable risks of death or disabling injury.

The Learning Outside the Classroom quality badge is awarded to providers who have pledged to engage in an ongoing process to sustain high-quality learning outside the classroom and who demonstrate that they meet six specific quality indicators.
