THE MAWDESLEY LAKEFEST IS BACK AND THIS YEAR IT'S BETTER THAN EVER!

The Mawdesley Lakefest is a festival like no other. It is THE family friendly festival with something for everyone regardless of age. Whilst the oldies sit back, relax, drink some beer or wine and enjoy some great live music, there is lots to do for the kids, including some very adventurous outdoor pursuits run by our fully qualified instructors.

For the 2011 Lakefest we are running two amazing events:

SATURDAY 4TH JUNE - 11:45AM TIL 9:30PM - The Original 'T-REX' are headlining this year's fest

On Saturday 4th June the doors will open at 11:45am to a fun-packed, adrenaline-filled extravaganza! This year T-Rex are headlining the Lakefest. Yes, the original T-Rex, formed by Mickey Finn, who was the original songwriter with Marc Bolan! T-Rex have recently been touring in Germany and Austria playing all the great classics like 'Twentieth Century Boy' and 'Get It On'. Bring your family and friends along for a great day of live music, beer, food, crafts and childrens' activities.

After the huge success of last year’s Mawdesley Lake Fest we are proud to announce that this year’s Lake Fest will be held on Saturday 19^th June!!

Mawdesley Lake Fest is a festival like no other. Bring your family and friends along for another fun-packed fusion of local and national bands with outdoor pursuits, local ale and produce; with activities galore for children and families. Whether you prefer to chill out with a picnic by the lakeside or dance the evening away in the beer tent, we guarantee an incredible day for everyone.
