  • A classic team event that uses a giant-sized ladder suspended from two 13m (42ft) poles. Jacob’s Ladder is a true test of co-operation, balance and co-ordination. The rungs of this giant ladder are spaced approximately 5ft apart. Your challenge is to work effectively with your partner using good communication and team work. Can you find a way for you both to reach the top?

  • Kayaking

Your session will begin with a land-based introduction to your kayak and a safety talk. Your instructor will take the group through basic paddling skills helping individuals progress throughout the session. A variety of games and activities provide plenty of entertainment and help the group to gain confidence on the water. All participants must wear a buoyancy aid throughout the session; these will be fitted and checked by our qualified and experienced staff. Please bring footwear for the water and a change of clothing.

  • High Ropes - Leap of Faith

Leap of Faith is a challenge that requires courage and determination. Your challenge is to climb to the top of a 13m (42ft) pole reaching a tiny platform. The next step is to try and stand up on this tiny platform using all your coordination and balance. Once on top you will see a red balloon hanging down a number of metres away. Your final challenge is to build up the courage to leap off and hit the balloon! Feel the relief as you are lowered safely to the ground.
