Arrival Procedure

Arrival is between 8 am and 9 am to allow working parents the flexibility they need.

If you are running late please try to call to let us know you are on your way.

On arrival please park and head to the new reception.

A member of staff will greet you there and sign your child in for their day of activities.

Arrival can take a few minutes whilst we check details and answer any questions - please bear with us and allow yourself plenty of time if you need to get to work.

Whilst we are waiting for everyone to arrive children will be supervised in the barn or on the playground.

Activities start at 9am, we will be spending some time chatting with the groups about rules we need to follow, and our plan for the day or week. We can use this time to get to know each and answer any questions they have.

The children will be in a small group with their instructor. The groups sometimes join together with multiple instructors, or they may swap instructors for different activities.

The activities will finish each day at 4 pm, you can collect your child anytime up until 5 pm. On collection please follow the same procedure as arrival, we will be based in or near the barn.
