Above is an example of what an activity day during the School Holiday Club may look like. Activities vary and are not chosen in advance. There are a number of things to take into account when choosing activities such as weather, group ability, group age, and returning participants. It is important that all activities are safe and varied. During a full day, participants will take part in 6 hours of activities and 3 hours of activities for a half-day.
Parents can drop off their children from as early as 8am and collect as late as 5pm. Activities run from 9am and finish at 12.00 for lunch, afternoon activities run from 1pm until 4pm.
For half day session times see the booking page here
Lunch can be self-catered packed lunch or catered lunch can be added for an additional £3.00 per person. We can cater for specific dietary needs it is best if we are informed in advance.
Participants will be required to have a Medical and Acceptance of Risk form completed on their behalf as they are under 18 years of age. The form will be sent in the confirmation email and is to be handed over on arrival. We keep these forms on file until the start of a new year meaning you only need to complete one form a year and not for every visit. If you have no means of printing the form and completing it in advance you will be required to complete the form on arrival in the booking office.
